Create dynamic links to merged documents
Sometimes it is needed to link from one page to another. This demo shows you how to create a dynamic page, which internally links to concatenated PDF documents.
This technic is based on so called "Named Destinations". For this demonstration we wrote a little script for FPDF which allows you to use and define named destinations. It can be downloaded here.
